Pumpkin soup with autumn truffle and pasteli The appetizers on the new menu offer a refined version of comfort food recipes and include the pumpkin soup with autumn truffle and pasteli; the potato and leek cream with shrimp, quail eggs and caviar; the beef tartar with smoked egg cream, mushroom paté and chili pepper crackers; and the fine fish tartar with kataifi dough served with orange cream and yogurt mousse. Many healthy options are included on the menu such as the broccoli salad with amaranth leaves, watercress and vegan mayonnaise with truffle, and the beetroot salad with kale, pomegranate and tahini dressing. Vegetable briam with smoked eggplant cream and Florina pepper dressing In addition, many interesting vegan options are included in the main courses such as the variety of roasted cauliflower with beetroot cream and peanut butter or the vegetable briam with smoked eggplant cream and Florina pepper dressing.
