Event News Hellenic Hoteliers Federation Shares 70 Years of its History Through Photos by GTP editing team 13 November 2019 written by GTP editing team 13 November 2019 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 21 The Hellenic Hoteliers Federation (POX) shared landmark events of its 70-year long history through a photo collage at its stand at the 35th Philoxenia International Tourism Exhibition in Thessaloniki. “POX’s participation in the 35th Philoxenia coincided with the 70th anniversary since its establishment in 1949… Seven decades of hard work, recognition and major successes revive through a number of emotional photographic ‘clicks’,” the federation said in an announcement. Hellenic Hoteliers Federation’s president Grigoris Tasios and 1st VP, Manolis Giannoulis, with Hellenic Chamber of Hotels President Alexandros Vassilikos. POX’s stand welcomed many visitors, among them professionals of the Greek tourism market – hoteliers, employees and associates – who were impressed by its innovative layout. The federation’s president, Grigoris Tasios, thanked all guests, noting that their positive reviews give the tourism industry the courage and strength to continue offering unique quality services with passion. Meanwhile, discussions during the 35th Philoxenia International Tourism Exhibition focused on the 2019 tourism season and the prospects for next year. “We are looking into the real challenges of 2020, as tourism professionals promise to continue offering their best for another landmark year in Greek tourism,” POX said.
