The Municipality of Athens is inviting the city’s residents and visitors to celebrate Christmas and party down at its Glasshouse Project, its impressive giant jukebox set to “play” for the third year at Syntagma Square during December 21 and 22.

Below Athens’ 17-meter Christmas tree, the “Glasshouse project, we play your wish” will host popular DJs and music producers from Greek radio stations Athens Voice Radio 102.5, Kosmos 96.3, Kiss FM 92.9 and En Lefko 87.7. The music program kicks off at 12pm and will run until 4pm.

From 4pm until 8pm the party will continue with special DJ sets by popular names such as Mossel, Xhenia Ghali , Argie and STEVE onemanshow, as well as Jochen Miller, a trance musician and progressive house DJ from The Netherlands.

Mossel

The Glasshouse Project first appeared in The Netherlands. Every year, during the Christmas holidays, music glasshouses are installed in different Dutch cities where DJs and radio producers play music for a good cause.

The Athens’ project is taking place in collaboration with the Embassy of The Netherlands and aims to support the work of the City of Athens Reception and Solidarity Center (KYADA).
