Moxy Hotels is Marriott International’s experiential hotel brand, which was launched in 2014, with the aim to provide its guests with modern design and convenient services at an affordable price point such as Grab and Go, the 24/7 service offering snacks and beverages; fast and free wifi, and tech-enabled rooms. Located in Patra’s central marina within a 15-minute walk from the city center, the brand new Moxy Patra Marina features 116 rooms, a Lobby Bar – Self Service Restaurant and a Roof Top Café / Bar & Restaurant. “It combines smart and fast technology with the modern way of life,” an announcement said. The guests of Moxy Patra Marina can continue their daily routine by exercising in the gym or swimming in the outdoor pool. Furthermore, the hotel’s fast wifi service, special meeting venues and hospitality areas fully meet the visitors’ professional needs. “By carrying out pioneering projects, we continue to promote the significant role of hospitality for the social and economic development of the city of Patra and the country,” said Nikos Trikourakis, head of the hospitality development sector of DPN SA, one of the companies behind the development of Moxy Patra Marina. Launched in 2012, SWOT offers hospitality management, sales representation and marketing services to tourism enterprises. “Our partnership with SWOT fully supports the vision, philosophy and values of our projects through the high-quality management services it offers,” Trikourakis added.
