Greek hotel management and consulting group HotelBrain is supporting “Expotrof, The Greek Fine Food Exhibition”, scheduled to take place at Helexpo Maroussi in Athens during January 24-26.

The 7th Expotrof is among the largest Greek exhibitions that focuses on quality Greek products. It is addressed to professionals of the premium food and beverage industry, as well as to fine dining lovers.

“Hotels should offer more than just hospitality services. Above all they must offer experiences,” HotelBrain said in an announcement.

HotelBrain is supporting the event as its gold sponsor for the third consecutive year.

“People that work with consistency and vision in the greater tourism sector, not just hoteliers, but also Greek producers and chefs, can help us do better what we know best: Promote a hotel through the unique experiences offered in its location,” HotelBrain added.

According to the company, gastronomy is a significant part of the hospitality experience while Greek cuisine is defined by the colors and traditions of the country.

Expotrof’s region of honor this year is the island of Crete.

“It is a destination blessed with local products and award-winning cuisine. We look forward to seeing the creations of the chefs and local producers that are devoted to what they do,” HotelBrain said.
