According to an announcement, Neptune is the only hotel in Greece that has received all four TUI awards for the third year in a row. The property was among the 12 Greek hotels to win the TUI Holly 2020 award, “a symbol of excellence recognizing high customer satisfaction rates.” Neptune also received the TUI Top Quality 2020 award for its continuous efforts to maintain its high-quality services and offer unique hospitality experiences. The hotel was also among the 30 in Greece to receive the “TUI Family Champion 2020” title, for the prime services offered to young and adult guests. In addition, Neptune was named TUI Environmental Champion 2020 for its ecological consciousness. The title was awarded to a total of 26 Greek hotels for their high environmental and social standards. I am proud for the commitment and dedication of Neptune Hotels Resort’s team to create the best conditions for a successful visitor experience,” said the hotel’s general manager, Konstantinos Zarikos. The five-star hotel is located on the beach of Mastichari and features 569 rooms, suites and apartments of high aesthetics, which are equipped with modern conveniences. Its facilities include four restaurants, eight bars, four outdoor swimming pools, a heated indoor pool as well as a wide variety of sports activities.
