MICE Professionals to Share 2030 Vision at 10th HAPCO Conference

Tourism and MICE professionals from Greece and abroad in March will meet in Athens to discuss the latest trends and challenges in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions industry during the 10th Panhellenic Congress of the Hellenic Association of Professional Congress Organizers (HAPCO).

Titled “Back to the Future”, the conference will take place at the Grand Hyatt Athens hotel during March 5-6.

According to an announcement by HAPCO, the annual event aims to present the latest developments in the MICE industry and will focus on the key issues that concern Greece’s tourism industry at the start of the new decade.

The conference’s agenda includes the following topics:

  • The future of leadership
  • Personal growth in a business environment
  • Next generation in the front line
  • Meetings industry & technology
  • CSR in the meetings industry
  • Business in MICE – Vision 2030

The conference will host representatives of the International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO), as well as leading MICE professionals from the Greek and international markets, state officials, academics, representatives of tourism organizations active in the MICE sector.

The conference’s speakers will include Ori Lahav, Vice President, IAPCO; Nicky Mc Grane, CEO, Conference Partners International; George Dervakos, Founder and CEO, The Art of Learning International; George Iliopoulos, Managing Director, Aiphoria Consulting; and Katerina Triviza, Corporate Program Manager, Thrive Global.
