Joy Cruises, a daily cruises provider based on the island of Corfu, has announced plans to proceed with a strategic renovation plan for 2020.

Τhe key aspects of the company’s upgrade plan will focus on the fleet’s exterior renovation and modernization; interior upgrade with additional and modern sitting facilities; and also the differentiation of services offered to passengers.

The renovation plan began in early January and is expected to be completed on March 15.

“Following last year’s successful season we are in the pleasant position to announce that we are in the process of renovating our ships because – to us – safety and luxury go hand in hand,” the owner of Joy Cruises, Katerina Antioxou, told GTP Headlines.

With a long history in the travel and tourism industry, Joy Cruises is well-known on Corfu for its daily cruises that also include daily trips to Paxos, Antipaxos and to the Blue Lagoon in Plataria of the Epirus prefecture.
