Passengers holding tickets with a specific travel date will be able to exchange them with a travel voucher of equal value which will be valid for one (1) year. Trainose also urges its passengers to issue tickets online via its website (https://tickets.trainose.gr/dromologia/) and – if possible – to use credit/debit cards instead of banknotes or coins when purchasing tickets at its selling points. The company said that it follows specific cleaning and disinfection protocols in accordance to the directives of the European Union, aiming to protect the health of its passengers and employees from the Covid-19 virus. According to Trainose, all trains are cleaned intensively with certified disinfection products, on a daily basis and during the journey, wherever a cleaning service is available on board.
