Air Travel Ryanair Releases Limited Schedule for Coming Days by GTP editing team 26 March 2020 written by GTP editing team 26 March 2020 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 15 Irish low-cost airline Ryanair has announced that it will ground most of its aircraft in the coming weeks but will continue to provide repatriation and rescue flights for many EU governments amid the COVID-19 crisis. Rynair will also continue to offer aircraft for emergency medical flights including to/from China. “As most EU countries have imposed flight bans or other restrictions, over 90 percent of Ryanair’s aircraft will be grounded for the coming weeks. We will comply with these restrictions at all times. We are all working with EU governments to try to keep some minimum flight links open for emergency reasons, even though the passenger loads on these flights will be very low,” said Ryanair Group CEO Michael O’Leary. For the next week (Friday, 27 March to Thursday, 2 April), Ryanair will operate daily or weekly flights on the following routes: All flight info details are available at the airline’s website. All Ryanair aircraft are disinfected daily, with low loads social distancing optimised on-board. “The crews are doing their best in difficult times to maintain vital links to/from Ireland and to/from the UK to facilitate our passengers and their families to deal with emergencies that may require urgent travel over the coming days and weeks,” O’Leary added.
