The website also offers a tour around the premises of Athens’ Industrial Gas Museum and its digital collection; video games for children, as well as access to “Athens for All”, the Municipality’s Sunday workshops. Innovathens Photo Source: @Technopolis City of Athens The website of Innovathens, the municipality’s hub dedicated to innovation, is offering online seminars, workshops and live streaming discussions on entrepreneurship and new technologies, marketing and administration. Furthermore, internet users can observe speeches of scientists from all over the world that have participated in previous editions of the Athens Science Festival. For more information press here. Athens Culture Net The Athens Culture Net, the Municipality’s cultural network supporting the work of cultural organizations and groups, has gathered information on exhibitions, collections, digital tours, seminars, movies and performances that are organized by its members. This information is now accessible through Athens Culture Net’s website and facebook page. Theater & Music Photo Source: @OPANDA The City of Athens Culture, Sports and Youth Organization (OPANDA) offers online access to some of the latest performances of the Olympia Municipal Theater – “Maria Callas”. Among them are “The Merry Widow” of Franz Lehár, as well as “La belle Hélène” and “Orpheus in the Underworld” by Jacques Offenbach. OPANDA’s website presents a number of concerts and shows of the Municipality’s Music Ensembles. The organization also supports book authors through a social media campaign titled “Athenian Book Routes: Stay home with the authors”. Dozens of Greek authors have, thus far, sent video messages offering information about their books, also making suggestions on how to spend time at home. These videos are available on social media.
