Epirus Palace Congress & Spa

The Epirus Palace Congress & Spa, located in the region of Epirus, recently donated medical supplies to the University Hospital of Ioannina, aiming this way to assist in Greece’s effort to combat COVID-19.

“Epirus Palace is aware of the difficulties that Greece is confronted with and recognizes the challenges that the Ioannina University Hospital’s staff faces in its efforts to provide high-quality medical care,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement.

Therefore, the hotel has decided to donate healthcare equipment and materials.

The five-star Epirus Palace Congress & Spa is located in the city of Ioannina, in the heart of the so-called Greek Alps. Its premises include a stylish lounge, 194 deluxe rooms & suites, refurbished conference halls, unique dining and bar areas, a cutting-edge play room, a state-of-the-art spa and a large swimming pool.

Epirus Palace is one of the many tourism enterprises in Greece that have offered their support in the fight against COVID-19. The Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE) and its members recently launched a set of actions aiming to help Greece’s health system care for those affected and contain the outbreak from spreading further.
