Penny, who has an experience of over 35 years in the fields of asset management and hotel management, will assume her new role on April 10. She previously held the position of general manager at Athens Marriott Hotel for six years. During her long career, she has held senior management positions in various companies of the hospitality industry and affiliated sectors. She has worked for the Yanis Group, a London-based property development and investment company, Bluegr hotels & resorts, Four Seasons, Hilton and Marriott International. Astir Palace Vouliagmeni AXE has a history of over 50 years in Greek hospitality. In 2019, the company reopened the fully renovated Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (former Astir Palace resort) on the Athenian Riviera, in collaboration with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Among the company’s projects are also the upgrade of the Astir Marina and Astir Beach, and the development of up to 13 luxury residences.
