I am writing to you on behalf of the Micra Anglia Boutique Hotel & Spa family to extend our deepest appreciation to those in the frontline trying to contain Covid-19, and also to all Greeks who are brought to the spotlight by staying at home and following the government’s instructions. “In this difficult situation, we’ve acted as one and this is something more than commendable. It’s inspiring.” As we are waiting for the Greek state’s instructions and opening dates we have been working on updating protocols and practices to ensure our guests’ and staff’s safety and health. In addition, as a boutique hotel with 21 rooms and suites, we are taking our personalized service to the next level. Some of the new features we are currently establishing are: Private Check-in, Guest Pre-selection of all items and amenities available in the room, Custom Mini-bar selection upon the guest’s taste and request, Operational change of Dolly’s Restaurant to Guest-only space, available only to hotel residents and members of the Micra Anglia Loyalty Club by appointment. Addition to the Micra Anglia property of a beachfront exclusive establishment on the famous Gialia beach to ensure safe and relaxing access to the beach for our guests. “We have proven more effective in difficult times, we thrive when challenged, and I am certain that with unity and strength we will prevail,” says Micra Anglia owner and CEO Yiannis Valmas. We are monitoring all information that keeps flowing in and we are determined to live up to our guest’s expectations and remain as they say their “safe home away from home”.
