Air Travel Eurowings Invites Customers to Shape the Future of Air Travel – Competition by GTP editing team 8 May 2020 written by GTP editing team 8 May 2020 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 31 Photo Source: @Eurowings Eurowings, a member of the Lufthansa Group, has launched an innovation competition, inviting private and business travelers to join forces and shape the future of air travel. Amid the COVID-19 crisis, Eurowings looks to incorporate the wishes and suggestions of its customers into its change processes on board and on the ground, using the motto “Ideas get wings – cha(lle)nge the future of travel”. The airline is asking its passengers to indicate the services they would like Eurowings to provide during and after the coronavirus crisis. All new ideas and wishes are welcome and will be examined by Eurowings and its subsidiary Eurowings Digital to see if they are feasible. “As challenging as the current phase is, we are using the de facto travel ban to make Eurowings even more customer-friendly for the period after the coronavirus crisis and to position the airline as a strong and popular brand,” said Eurowings CEO Jens Bischof. The winning idea will be implemented by Eurowings as soon as possible, along with other innovative suggestions. The airline will draw attractive ideas from all participants and will choose the winner of the “Ideas get wings” competition in September 2020. Customers and interested parties can submit their ideas and suggestions online at www.eurowings.com/en/competition/ideas-get-wings-challenge.html, until May 13.
