Under the name, “Safety First”, the new standard will be applied throughout the hotel’s operations – from check-in to check-out. It is considered essential for Meditarranean Palace’s reopening. “The comfort, health, tranquility and safety of our guests and staff are of utmost importance. We wish to upgrade our existing high standards of safety and hygiene that we have been implementing in our hotel during all these years,” management said. Following guidance and instructions from a team of specialists from Thessaloniki’s St. Luke’s Clinic, Mediterranean Palace from now on will apply a set of upgraded cleaning and hygiene protocols across its operations as well as special procedures for hygiene checks and disinfection. It will also offer personal protective equipment to its staff, as well as specialized training provided by St. Luke’s Clinic. “We are confident that the implementation of ‘Safety First’ in the arrival areas, rooms, restaurants, meeting rooms and in other public areas, will offer our visitors a unique sense of safety during their stay,” management said. The five-star Mediterranean Palace Hotel and its sister property, Grand Hotel Palace Thessaloniki, offer a total of 384 rooms, 20 conference rooms, two underground and two outdoor parking areas.
