Greek hotel management company Anatolia Hospitality is getting ready to reopen its properties in Greece in line with the new enhanced protocols and comprehensive health and safety procedures set by the Greek government.

Anatolia Hotels will open their doors to welcome guests on June 1 and Anatolia Villas will resume operation on June 15.

“Over the past few weeks, at Anatolia Hospitality, we have been thinking ahead to brighter days. As many people long for a carefree vacation and a safe work environment, we are committed to delivering the highest standards for hygiene and workplace safety while maintaining and providing the Anatolia Hospitality Experience”, said Michael Chrysochoidis, CEO at Anatolia Hospitality.

“A set of upgraded cleaning and hygiene protocols will be applied across all operations as well as ongoing specialized training on precautionary measures,” he added.

Anatolia Hospitality’s cleaning and safety procedures include the following:

  • All hotels and villas are diligently cleaned on an ongoing basis,
  • Stations are installed with alcohol-based hand sanitizer,
  • Cash-free methods of payments are available and encouraged,
  • All hotels have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public spaces,
  • Comprehensive hygiene and prevention training programs are available for team members,
  • Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting rooms between guest departures and arrivals based on the protocols of government and public authorities,
  • To help maintain proper social distancing, alterations to hotel spaces and food-and-beverage offerings have been made.

Anatolia Hospitality is a family enterprise with a three-generation tradition in the Greek hospitality sector. The group opened its first hotel in 1928 and today owns two “Anatolia” hotels in Thessaloniki and Komotini, while it manages a number of luxury hospitality properties on the islands of Mykonos and Lefkada.
