Company updates Arendoo Now Takes Bookings for Hotels in Greece by GTP editing team 2 June 2020 written by GTP editing team 2 June 2020 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 34 UK-based online marketplace Arendoo.com has partnered with PrimalRes and is now taking bookings for hotels in Greece. Having grown throughout the private sector for individual holiday homes, Arendoo is now positioned with the necessary software tools to accommodate hoteliers as well. “Although the impact of Covid-19 has been felt throughout the sector, we can now clearly see a considerable upturn in regional demand from neighbouring countries – Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia – which we believe will be the salvation for this summer’s local holiday market,” said Arendoo’s Greek market representative, Vasily Piatidis. Having teamed up with PrimalRes, Arendoo has facilitated seamless stock and availability synchronisation. A streamlined hotel channel manager, PrimalRes allows hoteliers to control rates and availability from a single real-time source. “Collaboration with PrimalRes is a significant step in our strategy to broaden our portfolio and introduce hotel offers to our community,” he added. Now actively investing in the promotion of hotel bookings, Arendoo encourages all hotels, large or small, to join its community and benefit from increased bookings. Arendoo entered the Greek market in 2018 and since then has seen its Greek portfolio grow to 2,000 privately owned properties, its community of regular visitors to Greece to over 20,000 and unique website visitors per day to some 5,000. According to Piatidis, the platform continues to perform as Bulgaria’s favourite resource for bookings in Northern Greece and is set to become a substantial player in the Romanian market.
