Aiming to offer top-notch accommodation experiences to its guests and assure the safety of its visitors and staff, Neptune has upgraded its operating procedures in terms of hygiene, health and safety, following the protocols set by the Greek government and in accordance with the international standards, for the operation of hotels and resorts in the post-Covid-19 era. Covering an area of 150 stremmas with gardens, prime infrastructure and large areas, Neptune offers its guests the opportunity to safely enjoy a carefree vacation and maintain the distances recommended by authorities. In addition, all common areas are cleaned and disinfected every half hour. The resort has also adopted new mobile applications and technologies that allow remote communication and the purchase of products with the least possible physical contact. With the brand new app, guests can order snacks and drinks directly from their sunbed, book a spa appointment, a restaurant meal, watersport activities and the entertainment programs of the resort’s Apollo Theater. Neptune Hotels has launched a separate TV channel with information about the coronavirus, the measures adopted and the guests’ obligations that ensure a safe stay. The resort’s staff will also make sure that visitors get familiar with the new measures upon their arrival. Meanwhile, this year hotel guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a new restaurant, which has been added to the large collection of restaurants and bars available at Neptune Hotels. The new MEATing Grill House will offer a fusion of American and Mexican cuisine. The five-star hotel is located on the beach of Mastichari and features 569 rooms, suites and apartments of high aesthetics, which are equipped with modern conveniences. Its facilities also include four restaurants, eight bars, four outdoor swimming pools, a heated indoor pool as well as a wide variety of sports activities.
