The event will focus on the connection between gastronomy and tourism in Greece and Cyprus, and the ways tourism enterprises can ensure their operation in the next twelve months, following the effects of the global Covid-19 crisis. The two-day online summit will include discussions on the tourism gastronomy experience with the participation of speakers from the global scientific community. Erik Wolf, the executive director of the World Food Travel Association (WTFA), will be a keynote speaker of the event. The official languages of FoodTreX Greece & Cyprus will be English and Greek.
