Organized recently by Boussias Communications for a third year, the Loyalty Awards 2020 honored more loyalty programs than ever before. The judging committee included experts, academics, agency representatives and senior executives from the fields of marketing, advertising, communication and customer service. Attica Group for the third consecutive year received the gold award in the Best New Product / Loyalty Initiative Service category for its “Seasmiles Kiosks” loyalty and reward program for travelers that offers innovative digital management services for the registration and issuance of the Seasmiles card. The company also won a silver award in the Best Short-term Initiative category for Blue Star Ferries’ successful #Thaksanartho campaign and the special 50 percent discount offered by the ferry company on Seasmiles tickets for a limited period of time. Furthermore, Seasmiles and the infotainment platform @sea won the bronze award in the Best Use of Digital Onboarding category.
