The annual event honors Greek enterprises and their executives for their excellence in entrepreneurship based on specific economic indicators and criteria such as profitability, loans, liquidity, capital investment, human resources policy, corporate and social responsibility. Zeus International was also announced “Fastest Growing Hotel Company in Greece for 2020″. The award was received by Zeus International CEO Harris Siganos, who dedicated it to the group’s executives and staff. Zeus International CEO Harris Siganos and New Times Publisher Spyros Ktenas. Siganos said that the company had achieved its goal to take Greek hospitality beyond borders. “Today, 50 percent of our activities take place abroad,” he explained and added that the company’s success is the result of three things: continuity, consistency and Greek hospitality principles. Zeus International’s latest investment project in Greece is Kaningos 21, a hospitality property located in the center of Athens. The group also manages hotels in Italy, Cyprus, Romania, Croatia and Bulgaria. Zeus International collaborates with the world’s largest hotel chains, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The Diamonds of the Greek Economy event is organized by New Times Publishing. The 2020 edition was held in the presence of entrepreneurs and executives of some of the fastest growing companies in Greece, and representatives of the Greek state.
