AXA said the list was in response to high demand from travelers from the GCC, namely Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, to travel. The company also announced the addition of a cover for Covid-19 to all its travel insurance policies based on IATA (International Air Transport Association) research, which revealed that 44 percent of travelers would reconsider flying again if Covid-19 insurance was made available. AXA expects the relaxation of travel restrictions to motivate travelers who are looking to get away. In this direction, AXA has identified the top 10 countries where visitors are not faced with quarantine restrictions: Seychelles, Greece, Tanzania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Italy, Croatia, Kenya, Indonesia, and Austria.
