Italian cruise line Costa Cruises recently announced that next month it will begin its most popular itineraries to Mediterranean destinations, including Greece, and Canary Islands, as well as its World Cruise.

According to an announcement, starting from October 10, the Costa Deliziosa ship will sail on one-week cruises from Trieste to Greece.

Also, in November, the Costa Diadema will offer a 14-day itinerary for travelers to discover Egypt and Greece.

After restarting trips in Italy this month, for the first time in the post-coronavirus (Covid-19) era, Costa Cruises plans to gradually increase the number of ships that will resume operations, offering cruises in the Mediterranean on sale for residents in Europe.

It is reminded that the company’s itineraries in September, which include only Italian destinations, are reserved exclusively for guests residing in Italy.

However, Costa Cruises itineraries in winter season 2020-2021 will be open to European citizens residing in the countries included in the decree of the Italian Government: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Details and opening of sales of the new winter itineraries will soon be available on the company’s website and from travel agencies.

It is mentioned that Costa’s popular World Cruise will take place on the Costa Deliziosa, departing on January 3, 2021, for its 13th edition.

It is noted that Costa Cruises performs antigenic Covid-19 swab tests to all guests before boarding.
