Azamara Adds 26 Greek Ports to 2022-2023 Cruise Schedule

Azamara has announced its full 2022 and winter/spring 2023 itineraries featuring over 275 ports of call in more than 70 countries around the world with more than 170 overnights and 300 late night stays.

The company has added more Country-Intensive itineraries than ever before, this way offering travelers the opportunity to experience iconic destinations as well as hidden gems, all within a single country.

Regarding Greece for 2022/2023, Azamara has added 26 ports of call on its Greek isle-hopping voyages, featuring new stops at Hydra and Syros.

“When planning the itineraries for 2022/2023, our goal was to invite new and our loyal passengers to discover destinations they have never visited or even better to add new ports in countries for cruises, giving them the opportunity to discover hidden ‘destinations-treasures’, which is the main goal of the Country-Intensives cruises concept,” Azamara Chief Operating Officer Carol Cabezas said.

Azamara’s 2022/2023 schedule also includes cruises to the Black Sea, Egypt and Israel. At the same time, the company is continuing its voyages to South Africa, the Pacific Ocean, New Zealand and Country-Intensive cruises in Japan and South America – Antarctica.

Moreover, last week the company announced that its Azamara Pursuit vessel, in the spring of 2021, will carry out six 7-night cruises in Greece, with Piraeus as its port of departure. The cruises will begin from May 9, 2021, and include stops to Mykonos, Ephesus (Kusadasi), Patmos, Rhodes, Santorini, Heraklion and return to Piraeus.
