Specializing in customized travel experiences for groups of up to 16 people with a focus on Northern Greece destinations, including Kastoria, Florina, Nymfaio and Siatista, Joysters is implementing its Covid-19 Response Program aimed at ensuring both safety and a seamless travel for its customers. The company’s action plan includes a set of stringent requirements that must be met by partners and associates, including Covid-19 antibody tests for all staff; disinfection certificates from accommodation, food and wine tasting premises; ongoing training of associates on hygiene and cleanliness; disposable masks for customers and staff; cooperation with certified restaurants; small groups and safe distancing. The company also carries out wine tasting experiences exclusively arranged for its travelers. Joysters also works only work with small guesthouses and mansions booked in whole for its customers. The Joysters team goes on to note that mainland Greece is among the lowest Covid-19 risk areas in the country; the least crowded region thus limiting the possibility of exposure; and is well-equipped with health units within immediate reach. Besides having a medical doctor on standby 24/7, the company has also secured areas for quarantine as well as transfer to a health center or hospital, if necessary, while additional rooms have been reserved for immediate use in case isolation is required and until medical assistance is provided.
