Nominated for the fourth time, the hotel won two silver awards as the “Best Greek Business City Hotel” and “Best Greek MICE City Hotel”. The Greek Hospitality Awards is one of the most important events of the travel industry in Greece, recognizing excellence among the country’s hospitality groups and companies. This year’s awards ceremony was held online due to Covid-19 restrictions, under the auspices of the Greek Tourism Ministry. In 2019, Civitel Olympic had again won two awards for its MICE and business facilities at the Greek Hospitality Awards. “Undoubtedly this is a major distinction both for the hotel and the Civitel Hotels & Resorts group. We have received the awards for a second year in a row, as a result of the impeccable and high-standard services we offer,” said Civitel Olympic General Manager Cesare Fabrizio Piredda. Civitel Olympic is located in the northern suburb of Maroussi across the Athens Olympic Stadium, 20 minutes away from downtown Athens and 25 minutes from Athens Airport. “We aim to provide exceptional accommodation experiences, luxury amenities and quality services in all our hotels to ensure unique and memorable hospitality experiences for our guests,” Piredda added. The Civitel Olympic hotel features a multi-purpose hall on the 5th floor, offering a stunning view of Northern Athens. This room is the largest conference space in the property, spreading over 300m2 and with a capacity to host up to 250 persons in cocktail or reception style. For small and medium-sized events, the hotel offers a 70m2 refurbished conference hall with high-tech facilities that can be transformed into various setups, ideal for private, closed-door meetings in a quiet locale.
