The company hosted luxury travel agents from all over Europe and a representative from Traveller Made, a network of luxury travel designers dedicated to provide unique and exclusive bespoke journeys to travelers. “We are always looking for new ways to upgrade what Greece has to offer in terms of unique experiences and luxury services,” said Carmen Cordoba, a luxury specialist counting 32 years in the industry and founder of Luxury Greece DMC & Travel. Luxury Greece DMC & Travel Founder Carmen Cordoba According to Cordoba, every Greek travel agency that has confidence in the new way of travel – especially after Covid-19 – needs to uncover the “hidden side” of the country and support it. “In our case, we are proud to say that we’ve personally invested a great amount of effort and action in order to stand as an example and inspire trust in our guests during these hard times,” she added. Launched in 2013, Luxury Greece is a luxury travel agency and wedding planner that combines authenticity, passion and comfort across the most inspiring destinations in Greece and worldwide. It offers its services to VIPs, entrepreneurs and senior business executives, diplomats, state officials, members of royal families and celebrities. As underlined by Cordoba, arranging a successful fam trip during the pandemic was a big challenge for Luxury Greece DMC & Travel. “It required hard effort, great attention to detail, the heart-warming support of our suppliers in Epirus, deep love for the destinations and an unending focus on what true luxury is,” she said. During the fam trip, Cordoba’s guests had the chance to tour the city of Ioannina in Epirus, and Zagorohoria from side to side. The fam trip also included a gala dinner with a number of local hoteliers, suppliers and personalities from the fields of politics and tourism, including Epirus Governor Alexandros Kachrimanis.
