The website was translated into Serbian by the Tourist Organization of the Republic of Srpska, following a memorandum of cooperation signed with the Thessaloniki Tourism Organization (TTO) in 2019, aiming to facilitate inbound visitors and attract more travelers to Thessaloniki. According to TTO, Central Macedonia is a popular destination for Serbian travelers and attracts a significant number of holidaymakers from Serbia during the summer months. ‘Thessaloniki.Travel’ online guide Also available in English, Greek, Russian, German, Italian, Spanish and Chinise, the Thessaloniki.Travel website “speaks” a total of eight languages offering information on Thessaloniki’s main sites of interest, history, culture, gastronomy and many more.
