The Lesante Blu Exclusive Beach Resort is located on the Greek island of Zakynthos. Also known as the “Oscars of the tourism industry”, the World Travel Awards every year recognize and award excellence in all sectors of the travel industry. “We were very happy to receive the ‘Leading Resort in Greece 2020’ title… Such distinctions truly recognize our hard work and efforts and justify the group’s philosophy to offer quality services. The WTA promote Zakynthos globally,” Lesante Collection Managing Director Dionysios Vythoulkas said. The award follows a successful tourism season for Lesante Blu Exclusive Beach Resort, which offered its services in absolute safety according to the GBAC Star certificate and Greek authorities’ prevention measures for Covid-19. According to Lesante Collection, the group has built a relationship of trust with its guests that led to high occupancy rates throughout this year’s tourism season. “We are confronted with the most difficult period ever… The group’s goal is to turn the visitor’s stay into a unique experience through high-level services with attention to detail. This wouldn’t be possible without the valuable contribution of our staff and partners,” Vythoulkas added. The Lesante Blu Exclusive Beach Resort is the only member of the Leading Hotels of the World in the Ionian sea. It is located in the area of Tragaki on Zakynthos, and features 92 suites with panoramic seaviews, with 46 offering private pools. The complex also includes three bars, three restaurants, an outdoor infinity pool, a luxury spa center, gym and wellness facilities, a tennis course and a helipad.
