A country like Greece, which is at the forefront of the global tourism industry, must be active in all sectors. We will continue to be (active) and try out new markets and different forms,” Greek Tourism Minister Harry Theoharis said in parliament. The minister underlined that Greece we will look to innovate as much as possible in some sectors and follow international trends. “Thus, we will give the flexibility and the opportunity to the Greek tourist product to overcome all the obstacles that we will inevitably see before us,” Minister Theoharis said. In closing, the tourism minister said that many countries are requesting know-how from Greece which has gained the reputation of a country that goes beyond its own. “Α country that has extroversion, that gives know-how, that builds a dynamic that can be useful at some point in geostrategy and in international relations,” Theoharis concluded.
