The memorandum will define conditions for the entry of passengers from Serbia to Greece and from Greece to Serbia, in the period from May 1 to October 1, an announcement by the Government of the Republic of Serbia said. Also, random rapid tests will be done at the border,” Serbian Tourism Minister Tatjana Matic said in the announcement. It is reminded that Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis recently proposed the establishment of an EU-wide vaccination certificate to facilitate travel. The proposal was discussed during a teleconference of EU leaders who did not reach an agreement on the issue. Member states later agreed on a set of guidelines that will allow for the establishment of an EU-wide accepted vaccination certificate to be used for “medical purposes”.
