German booking and rating portal HolidayCheck, every year offers the Special Award to hotels that are popular among holidaymakers and receive positive recommendations from over 90 percent of their guests. Only 607 hotels from 35 countries were awarded the HolidayCheck Special Award for 2021. Neptune Hotels received positive reviews from 97 percent of its guests and emerged as one of the most popular hospitality properties. “During a difficult and demanding year [in 2020], Neptune Hotels managed to operate perfectly by implementing all the necessary hygiene protocols, and offer carefree vacations,” the resort’s management said in an announcement. Guest recommendations focused on the sense of safety during stay, the efficiency of hygiene measures, the fast and safe service of the main restaurant, and the friendly presence of staff members. “With the health of its visitors and staff as its main priority, Neptune Hotels applied a number of measures and procedures that offered the necessary safety and comfort [to its guests].” Neptune Hotels is preparing for the upcoming tourism season, aiming to provide safe, high-quality services and carefree holidays. “The resort is updating its health protocols in order to maintain the safe holiday environment that its guests trust,” management said. Built in an area of 150,000sq.m. near the village of Mastichari, the five-star hotel is only a ten-minute drive from Kos International Airport and 18km from the center of the island. Neptune Hotels offers comfortable rooms, elegantly decorated suites and fully equipped apartments. It also features swimming pools, restaurants and bars, sports and wellness facilities.
