Air Travel Jet2 Extends Greece Summer 2021 Program to mid-November by GTP editing team 12 February 2021 written by GTP editing team 12 February 2021 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 8 UK leisure travel group Jet2 on Friday announced the extension of its 2021 summer flights and holidays program to Greece in response to high demand. “With customers looking to get away for their much-needed holidays, today’s announcement gives them even more choice in the late summer period, thanks to the addition of almost 80 flights in October and November,” the group said in an announcement. Jet2 will add more flights and holidays to Zakynthos, Crete (Heraklion), Rhodes and Kefalonia, extending the summer 2021 season and providing customers with more choice. Jet2 runs leisure flights through Jet2.com and package holidays through its tour operator Jet2holidays. New flights added Heraklion, Crete. Photo source: Jet2 Zakynthos – 34 new flights introduced, with extra flying from Birmingham, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle and London Stansted. The new flights will run until the end of October. Rhodes – 20 new flights introduced, with extra flying Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle and London Stansted. The new flights will run until mid-November. Crete (Heraklion) – almost 20 new flights introduced, with extra flying from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle and London Stansted. The new flights will run until November 9. Kefalonia – extra flying from Glasgow, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford and Manchester. The new flights will run until mid-October. It is reminded that Jet2 has extended the suspension of this year’s flights and holidays up to April 14, due to the ongoing Covid-19 travel restrictions.
