Held for the first time, the event aims to recognize and honor Greece’s best tourism and travel companies including hotels, travel agencies, destinations, restaurants and wineries among others. Furthermore, the Premium Tourism Awards will acknowledge tourism enterprises for their activities in other countries. The judging committee will consist of senior executives of Greek travel agencies, while the voting process will be open only to members of the Macedonia-Thrace Travel Agents Association. Among the companies participating in the 1st Premium Tourism Awards are Mazi Travel & Events, Ouzas Hotel (Katerini), Cosmorama, Rhodes Palace, Avra Beach Hotel (Rhodes), Choice Travel, Semeli Hotel (Thassos), Greek Travel Pages (GTP), Uncharted Escapes, Alpha Marketing Greece and more. Registration is open until May 10. The winners will be announced during an online ceremony on May 28.
