Poseidonion Grand Hotel Introduces ‘The Pine Estate’, a New Property on Spetses Island

The Poseidonion Grand Hotel, a landmark hospitality property on the island of Spetses, recently introduced The Pine Estate, a new venture created for holidaymakers seeking peace and privacy.

Located in Agia Marina, near the island’s Paradise beach, The Pine Estate is surrounded by an area of unique natural beauty featuring pines, palms, cypresses and olive trees, and offering 360-degree views to the islets of Spetsopoula, Trikeri, Agios Ioannis and Hydra island.

The Pine Estate is considered ideal for families and groups of friends that wish to combine privacy and the personalized services of Poseidonion Grand Hotel.

Previously used as a hunting lodge, the property has been transformed into a beautiful residence, ready to welcome its guests and offer the authentic signature hospitality services of Poseidonion.

“Featuring the simplicity of local architecture and discrete luxury, this traditional villa promises a unique stay,” Poseidonion’s management said in an announcement.

The main residence includes five rooms with private bathrooms that can accommodate up to 12 persons. The rooms are directly connected with the surrounding area, the garden and the infinity pool.

The Pine Estate’s premises also feature a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, a home office ideal for remote workers, a pool, an outdoor bar, a bbq, a yoga terrace and an outdoor area offering unique views of the surrounding landscape.

“The property’s unique characteristics and comforts make it ideal for visitors of all ages during all seasons,” the announcement said.

The residence also includes a piano, tv, wifi, a landline, luxury amenities and a lineup of concierge services offered by Poseidonion’s partners.

The Pine Estate features its own private beach, as well as an independent guest house that can host up to two persons.

The property is also available for social, family or private events.
