Named “Capital H”, the new company will offer specialized services across all facets of the upscale hotel, resort and private club industry, appealing to business owners who are looking for leaner and innovational forms of hotel management to serve their needs. “Tourism will go through radical transformations at a much faster pace than we all anticipated. Consolidation is key in order to face the challenges ahead. Whilst doing that by joining forces with another second generation family of hoteliers, we offer investors and hotel owners viable, competitive and top of the line management solutions. Combining expertise and forward thinking, Capital H will lead hotels to new tourism models,” Alexandros Vassilikos, CEO of Airotel Group and partner of Capital H, said. The new partnership creates a platform for Santikos Collection & Airotel Group to work more closely together whilst at the same time allowing both brands to retain their unique heritage and identity. Capital H launches with 11 hotels, of which the signature properties of Santikos Collection and Airotel Group include: the Stratos Vassilikos Hotel in Athens, the Skiathos Princess Hotel and the Galaxy Hotel in Kavala. The alliance greatly amplifies the reach of both groups and in turn provides guests with a greater variety of accommodation options across Greece. On the launch of the new business, Konstantinos Santikos, Managing Director of Santikos Collection and partner of Capital H said: “We are delighted to launch this partnership with two fellow second generation hoteliers.
