A company active in the aviation field for more than 25 years, Proton Air and Tourism Services has its headquarters in Thessaloniki and branch offices on the islands of Mykonos, Santorini, Crete (Heraklion) and in the city of Athens. Proton Air & Tourism will offer its services at the airports located in the aforementioned destinations. At arrival, guests will be welcomed by an Airport Concierge Agent at the plane with a personalized signage and they will have transportation to the main building. Services at arrival include a private assistant to pass through immigration and customs, baggage reclaims, luggage assistance including pick up – collection and a private transfer with limo or van. At departure, guests will find a greeting upon arrival at the airport at a prearranged meeting point by a personal Airport Concierge Agent with a personalized signage. Further services include detaxation, assistance through fast track check in and luggage transfer and a private assistant through security via a fast track process. In case of lounge booking, an attendant will be on call to ascertain the guests’ comfort while waiting to board. Transportation will be provided from the main building to the plane. “Although the current situation within the travel market is challenging, I am positive that in the next few weeks the market will start the gradual opening and during the summer the situation will normalize,” Proton Air and Tourism CEO Kostas Krystalis told GTP Headlines.
