Acro Suites – A Wellbeing Resort, Crete

The Acro Suites – A Wellbeing Resort, a new property located in Agia Pelagia on the Greek island of Crete, will open its doors in late June to welcome its first guests of the summer.

Acro Suites is a five-star hospitality property of the Orfanakis group.

“Our aim is to prove that nature, luxury and design can harmonically co-exist,” the group’s management said.

The resort is made of natural materials – marble, stone and chestnut wood from Mount Athos – and this way creates an environment “full of energy but also tranquility”.

Acro Suites features 49 suites and villas, each with a private pool and a stunning view to the sea.

Each accommodation facility resembles a holiday residence, offering autonomy, privacy and the benefits of the hotel’s specialized services: From a personal chef and a personal trainer to a VIP manager who can offer information and tips about the island’s hidden gems.

The hotel’s facilities also include a restaurant, a pool, a 24-hour fitness club, a “yoga shala”, and a Byzantine hammam.

Acro Suites is the group’s first eco-friendly resort.

The Orfanakis group also owns the Sea Side Resort & Spa in Agia Pelagia and the three-star Porto Village in Hersonissos, while it is planning to open a fourth hospitality property in the wider Crete region.
