Herodion Hotel, Athens

The Herodion Hotel, a hospitality unit located near the Acropolis hill, is preparing to resume operations and welcome its guests back to Athens as of June 1.

A four-star hotel, Herodion features 90 rooms and suites designed with attention to detail, aiming to provide guests with upscale hospitality.

Most of the hotel’s rooms have private balconies, some with breathtaking views of the Acropolis.

Moreover, the Herodion Hotel has announced that its venues will reopen in June as well.

At the Atrium Greek Bistrot, on the hotel’s ground floor, visitors will be able to enjoy four different breakfast options, as well as light lunch and snacks under strict hygiene protocols.

From the afternoon hours until the evening, guests will also enjoy dishes inspired by Greek gastronomy, homemade desserts and select Greek wines at Gargaretta – Herodion Hotel’s street bistrot.

In addition, the “Point A” bar on the rooftop will offer signature cocktails and delicious dishes but also stunning views to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum.

Safe Accommodation

Herodion Hotel has adopted special measures and hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Its staff has been properly trained to apply the updated health protocols announced by Greek authorities for Covid-19.

“During these difficult circumstances, high-quality safe accommodation is more important than ever. We will do our best to meet all the needs of our guests and protect their health,” the hotel’s management said.

More information on the hygiene measures adopted by the hotel can be found in a special section titled “Switch Safety On” on the hotel’s website at https://www.herodion.gr/en.
