Kallichoron Offers Eco-living Stay at its New Signature Villa on Astypalea

The Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel this year is introducing a new eco-friendly accommodation option on Astypalea with the opening of a new luxury villa in the Greek island’s main village (Chora).

“The Kallichoron Signature Villa by Pirée Lab Π District Kosmas Karavas is a new addition to the personalized services offered by Kallichoron,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement.

Designed by Greek interior designer Kosmas Karavas and the Pirée Lab Π District, the fully renovated luxury residence in located at one of the island’s most special locations.

“The villa promises to offer an ultimate hospitality experience to its guests,” management adds.

The Kallichoron Signature Villa combines authentic island elements with unique works of art and the latest trends in interior design.

It offers a sense of elegant luxury and aesthetics also forming a special identity in a harmonic holiday environment that respects simplicity and the privacy of guests.

Natural materials dominate the space creating an ambiance of warmth and intimacy for guests. The shapes and textures are also inspired by Astypalea’s architecture and folklore elements.

The villa also features a semi-outdoor area with an outstanding view to Astypalea’s windmills. The entire property overlooks the Chora and the Aegean sea.

The Kallichoron Signature Villa will open its doors on July 1. It can accommodate up to six persons.
