A part of MGallery’s “Inspired by Her” program, the Face Yoga sessions are based on the internationally recognized natural anti-aging method of exercises and techniques for the stimulation or relaxation of facial muscles.

Guests can watch the Face Yoga session on TV, for free, from the comfort of their room. The session starts with useful information and tips, and continues with seven exercises for all areas of the face and neck.

It is designed to cover the needs of both women and men.

In only a few minutes, and without prior experience, the hotel’s guests can rejuvenate their face and lay the groundwork for a daily self-care routine.

In addition, a full Face Yoga Kit is available at the reception, with organic jojoba oil, a moisturizing face mask with mastic and a jade roller.
