The new websites reflect the upscale hospitality experience offered by Civitel to its guests. “Our new corporate group website, and each hotel website, features a fresh look, a clean layout and minimal aesthetics. Consistent with the group’s familiar brand, our websites provide a simple navigation experience through renewed content, and the possibility to fully enjoy all features regardless of the device used – laptops, smartphones, or tablets,” the group said in an announcement. The content “travels” users to Athens and Crete, through beautiful pictures and rich descriptions, and offer a detailed presentation of the properties, their facilities and services. Through a smart booking process, the group’s guests can make their reservations quickly and easily, directly through an online booking engine, and enjoy the best rates, unique offers and special benefits. Civitel also offers an online check-in service, enhancing the customer experience. Civitel Hotels & Resorts operates four vibrant properties – two in Athens (Civitel Olympic and Civitel Attik) and two on Crete (Civitel Akali & Civitel Creta Beach) that can be explored through the group’s new websites at www.civitelhotels.com.
