Zeus International, a fast growing consulting, management and development services hospitality group in Southern Europe, has expanded its activity to the Dodecanese region by taking over the management of the former Philippion Hotel & Apartments on the island of Kos.

According to an announcement, the property’s renovation will be completed in 2022, while it will operate as a luxury boutique hotel under the name “KoSea”.

The KoSea Boutique Hotel will offer 73 spacious elegant rooms and sophisticated suites of high aesthetic quality with sea view; two restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine and street food; an outdoor pool; a pool bar; a wellness center & spa, and a playroom for children.

“We are very happy for this new addition to the portfolio of the Zeus International Group,” said President and CEO Harris Siganos.

“Kos will be an important pillar of tourist development in the wider Dodecanese region in the coming years due to its pristine natural beauty and, above all, its strategic location,” he added.

Privileged location

Due to its privileged location, the KoSea Boutique Hotel will be the ideal base for visitors to explore the island of Kos: in the heart of the city, next to the shopping center, 300 meters from the port and close to many restaurants and bars.

Within a walking distance are also some of the island’s landmark archaeological sites: Hippocrates’ plane tree, the Roman Conservatory and the Casa Romana.

The nearest organized beach is just 50 meters away.

The KoSea Boutique Hotel is 24km away from Kos’ “Hippocrates” International Airport.
