Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA), the national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is continuing to operate direct scheduled year-round flights between Saudi Arabia and Athens.

FLights to Athens take off from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, with four weekly flights using a retrofit A320 aircraft with a combined seating capacity of 440 seats.

Flight schedule

Athens is one of SAUDIA’s latest destinations on its international flight network, which reaches four continents around the world.

Since the start of operations to Athens in mid-2019, around 350 round trips have been operated and more than 22,300 guests have been transferred. SAUDIA’s flight schedules and operational conditions are constantly reviewed by a specialized team in this field to monitor the possibility of increasing the frequency of flights and seating capacity to meet rising demand.

SAUDIA is recognized as a leading global airline in Covid-19 measures and precautions. A hygiene safety kit is provided to every guest onboard and all cabin crew are 100 percent vaccinated, with social distancing parameters applied.

Intermodal Air is Saudia Airlines’ General Sales Agent (GSA) in Greece.
