The hotels’ guests can now enjoy dishes inspired by Greek cuisine, made with local products such as Santorini fava with “apaki’ (Cretan pork) and caramelized onions; traditional tomato meatballs with yogurt sauce; lamb with chives and Santorini white eggplant puree with Vinsanto sauce and many more. Guests can also choose an a-la-carte menu or one of the three Set Menus that have been carefully designed by Chef Socrates Meliganis. This gastronomy experience is accompanied by fine Santorini wines. Carved into the volcanic rock of Santorini, all rooms of IKIES Santorini are made in absolute harmony and respect to the traditional architecture of the area and come with dreamy views of the Caldera and Oia, private jacuzzis and hammams as well as a swimming pool.
