Organized by ONDECK Events in collaboration with Olympic Marine, the show will host top international maritime tourism professionals including foreign yacht designers, senior company executives and journalists. “The organizers aim for the show to become a pillar for the development, not only of maritime tourism but also luxury tourism in Greece,” ONDECK Events said in an announcement. Meanwhile, the show will feature more than 95 premium yachts – the best of the international market and Greek shipyards. “The Olympic Yacht Show is the most significant exhibition for quality tourism and a point of reference for the Greek yachting scene… The beginning is half of the whole. Our aim is to create the largest maritime exhibition in Southeastern Europe,” said Gerasimos Gerolymatos, director of ONDECK Events, and inspirator of the Olympic Yacht Show. The event will take place in the upgraded facilities of the Olympic Marine marina in Sounio, under the auspices of the Tourism and Maritime Ministries, the Greek National Tourism Organization, the Attica Region and the Municipalities of Athens and Lavrion.
