TIF Helexpo Enters into Partnership with Qatar Business Events Corporation

Greece’s national exhibition body TIF Helexpo has signed an agreement with Qatar Business Events Corporation (QBEC) that foresees the development of common business initiatives in the MICE industry.

QBEC is an executive arm of Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC), which was established in 2018 as part of government efforts to develop the country’s tourism sector.

The agreement was signed during a recent meeting between QBEC CEO Ahmed Al Obaidli, Director of Sales and Operations Michael Michael, TIF Helexpo CEO Kyriakos Pozrikidis and General Director Alexis Tsaksirlis.

According to the agreement, the parties will exchange know-how, information and business knowledge through exhibitions and other events.

Furthermore, the two sides will jointly promote Greek products to Qatar as well as products of Qatar to Greece.

QBEC is based at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center in Qatar.
