Captured by the lens of photographer Viviane Sassen, the photos of Louis Vuitton’s new campaign feature a company of schoolchildren playing on some of Milos’ most iconic beaches against a backdrop of distinctive rock formations golden sand and crystal clear waters. “At Louis Vuitton, the Spirit of Travel goes beyond discovering a physical destination, it also sparks curiosity for what lies within. For this year’s brand campaign, photographer Viviane Sassen continues to translate the Maison’s core values into a far-reaching journey where imagination takes flight between past, present and future,” the fashion house said in a social media post. Furthermore, Louis Vuitton said the campaign was “an evocative ode to the inner child, set free in a reverie of otherworldly beauty and infinite possibility”. For the ongoing campaign Sassen will continue her journey on to Jordan and France. It is reminded that Milos, in June had been selected by French luxury fashion house Dior as the filming location of its Cruise 2022 campaign. In addition, the Travel + Leisure magazine ranked the island first on its “Top 25 Islands in the World” list, that was released earlier in September.
