A group of twelve individuals and five chaperones visited the resort, toured its garden of statues and played in the specially designed facilities of the Neppi Land kids club. They also took photographs with the Neppi turtle mascot and had lunch at the resort’s dining facilities. According to an announcement of the resort, the event was held to offer a special day “full of beautiful emotions, communication and endless play” to all participants – teenagers and adults. “During these difficult times, it is very important to organize actions that promote solidarity and social contribution. Today, the [coronavirus] pandemic has further complicated the lives of people with disabilities also affecting their ability to participate in activities… The least we can do is offer joy, love and keep them company,” Neptune Hotels General Manager Konstantinos Zarikos said. Built in an area of 150,000sq.m. near Mastichari, the five-star Neptune Hotels offers luxury comfortable rooms, suites and apartments. Its premises also include swimming pools, restaurants and bars, fitness and wellness facilities.
